Employee Manifesto

How we measure ourselves. Every day.

Our Manifesto

We exist to deliver maximum value to our customers. That is priority number one. Above all else.

Not revenue. Not growth. Not technology. But rather: Has what we built today made our customers better? More free, faster, more manageable?

If yes, it was a good day. If no, we need to change something.

Everything else derives from that.

Our Principles

1. The customer wins. Always.

Every decision we make – be it technical, strategic, or organizational – is measured against one question: Does this bring value to our customer? If we have to choose between an elegant solution and a useful one, we choose the useful. If we have to choose between speed and accuracy, we choose accuracy.

We build nothing that the customer does not need. We recommend nothing from which only we benefit. And we honestly say if another way would be better – even if that means less profit for us.

2. Technology should free people.

This is not a cliché. It is our compass. Every feature, every automation, every AI component must reduce operational burdens – not create new ones. If our software complicates a person's daily life instead of simplifying it, we haven’t done our job.

3. We think in systems, not features.

A single feature can be impressive. A system that sustains changes a company. We don’t get lost in details without seeing the whole picture. Every component we build is part of an architecture. And this architecture serves one purpose: to bring our customers closer to the desired state of a tech company.

4. Quality is non-negotiable.

We build systems that will sustain companies for years. That cannot be done with shortcuts. Clean code, thoughtful architecture, thorough testing – these are not extras; they are the baseline. If it takes one day longer, it takes one day longer. We deliver nothing that we wouldn’t stand behind.

5. Honesty before harmony.

We say what we think. To the customer. And to each other. If something isn’t working, we address it. If an approach is wrong, we say so – even if it’s uncomfortable. We don’t need artificial harmony. We need real results.

6. Responsibility is the standard.

No one here waits for instructions. Everyone understands what the goal is and makes the necessary decisions to get there. We trust each other. Who sees a problem solves it. Who has a better idea brings it forward. Who needs help asks.

7. We are a team. Really.

No corporate slogan. No pizza Friday team spirit. We work closely together, trust each other, and treat one another as you would treat people who are important to you. The people here are not interchangeable. Each individual makes LVIT what it is.

8. We learn every day.

AI is changing our industry in months, not years. What was best practice yesterday can be outdated tomorrow. We stay curious, try things out, discard what doesn’t work, and continually improve. Stagnation is not an option.

The Short Version

Maximize value for the customer. Build sustainable systems. Be honest. Take responsibility. Improve every day. Be a person who others enjoy working with.
That’s LVIT.
