Typical Use Case
A service company with 70 employees and 3,000 business customers regularly sends newsletters through CleverReach. Until now, someone exported the customer list from the CRM monthly, cleaned it in Excel, and imported it into CleverReach. Customer projects and opt-outs were at best roughly considered. After sending, results remain in CleverReach – the sales team does not know which customer clicked on an offer. With the integration, the Operating System automatically synchronizes recipient data. New customers are added, inactive ones are segmented, and opt-outs are recorded back in the CRM. Campaigns can be triggered automatically – welcome mailing upon new customer creation, reactivation after 120 days without an order. When a customer clicks on an offer, the sales team receives a task. Open rates are linked to sales data – the company understands which communications actually have an impact.
