Microsoft Forms API

Forms at the start of your processes – not as a form whose responses end up in an Excel spreadsheet.

Connecting Microsoft Forms – Custom and Seamless

Microsoft Forms is the form and survey tool within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem – used for internal requests, feedback collection, checklists, approval processes, and simple data collection. For operationally complex companies, Forms becomes relevant when form inputs should not end up as email notifications or Excel entries – but rather directly trigger operational processes. We integrate Microsoft Forms into custom enterprise software. No pre-made standard connections, no plug-ins with limitations – but a tailored integration that precisely fits your processes and system.

What We Integrate

Integration Options
🔄Automatically transfer form entries into the central system – requests, feedback, checklists
📊Map incoming volume, response patterns, and feedback trends in comprehensive reporting
📄Automatically generate orders, tickets, approval workflows, or contacts from form entries
Event-driven workflows – e.g., start follow-up processes on new submissions, escalate negative feedback
🔗Bidirectional data exchange between Forms, CRM, ERP, ticket systems, and other systems

How the Integration Works

We work directly with the Microsoft Graph API – Forms responses and, if needed, Power Automate webhooks. The integration is developed as a fixed part of your Operating System – no third-party middleware, no workarounds. What this means in practice:

🏗️Custom integration – built for your processes, not the average
🔄Automatic data flow – no manual exports or email forwarding
🗄️A single data repository – form data flows into your central system
🛡️Secure and GDPR-compliant – Azure AD-authenticated, encrypted, and documented

Typical Use Case

A service company with 60 employees captures internal IT requests, vacation requests, and customer feedback through Microsoft Forms. The responses land in Excel spreadsheets that someone manually reviews. IT requests are forwarded via email, and vacation requests are manually transferred to the HR system.

With the integration, every submission flows directly into the Operating System. IT requests automatically generate tickets with responsibility and deadlines. Vacation requests initiate the approval workflow. Customer feedback is assigned to the correct process and classified by AI. The form shifts from a passive input channel to an automated process trigger.

Part of Your Operating System

Microsoft Forms is a simple, accessible form tool within the Microsoft ecosystem. But when used in isolation, form data ends up in Excel spreadsheets without operational context. Only as part of an integrated system does Forms realize its full potential – when submissions automatically trigger processes and data doesn't need to be transferred manually. We develop AI-powered Operating Systems for operationally complex companies. The Microsoft Forms integration is one building block of that.
