Wix API

Wix in your operational system – not as a website disconnected from your processes.

Integrating Wix – Customized and Seamless

Wix is a website and e-commerce platform that enables companies to operate websites, online stores, booking systems, and forms. Many mid-market companies use Wix as a foundation for their online presence – including contact forms, appointment bookings, product catalogs, or member areas. Wix becomes relevant for operationally complex companies when the data collected via the website – orders, inquiries, bookings – should not migrate manually into the company but should seamlessly flow into operational processes. We integrate Wix into customized enterprise software. No pre-built standard connection, no plugin with limitations – but a tailored connection that fits precisely to your processes and your system.

What We Integrate

Integration Options
🔄Automatically transfer orders, contact inquiries, and bookings to the central system
📊Synchronize product, customer, and order data for comprehensive reporting
📄Automatically reconcile product catalogs, prices, and availability between Wix and backend
Event-driven workflows via Wix webhooks – e.g., on new orders or form submissions
🔗Bidirectional data exchange between Wix, ERP, CRM, inventory management, and other systems

How the Integration Works

We work directly with the Wix REST APIs – Stores, Bookings, Contacts, CRM, and Data Collections. The integration is developed as a fundamental part of your operating system – no third-party middleware, no workaround. What this means concretely:

🏗️Custom connection – built for your processes, not for the average
🔄Automatic data flow – no manual exports or copy-paste from the Wix backend
🗄️A unified data source – Wix data flows into your central system
🛡️Secure and GDPR-compliant – OAuth-based, encrypted, and documented

Typical Use Case

A craft business with 35 employees operates its website via Wix – including a contact form, online appointment booking, and a small shop for accessories and spare parts. So far, appointment requests land as email notifications in the central mailbox. Someone has to search for the customer in the system, check availability, manually enter the appointment into scheduling, and write a confirmation to the customer. Orders from the Wix shop are transferred by hand into the inventory management system. With 15 to 20 inquiries and orders per day, this is a noticeable effort – and a constant source of errors. Through the integration, appointment bookings flow directly into the scheduling of the operating system. Availability is checked automatically, confirmations are sent out automatically. Shop orders create entries in the inventory management – including customer data, item details, and payment status. Contact inquiries are classified and assigned to the appropriate contact person. The website transforms from an isolated marketing channel into the integrated gateway of the company.

Part of Your Operating System

Wix is an accessible platform for online presence, e-commerce, and customer engagement. But when used in isolation, it remains a facade – the data created there must migrate manually into the company. Only as part of an integrated system does Wix unleash its full potential – when orders automatically generate jobs, bookings flow into scheduling, and customer data does not need to be managed redundantly. We develop AI-powered operating systems for operationally complex companies. The Wix integration is one component of that.
